Review long Overdue! We had our blinds installed back in July of 2021 and could not be more than pleased! Greg McGregor, our design consultant was extremely helpful, professional and most importantly patient. He is definitely passionate about his job! At no time during the consult did we feel rushed and every concern/question was answered. The process was very smooth and stress free. There was no fumbling around by the installers. You could tell the lead installer/supervisor was a master of his trait and he would double check all work that he did not personally touch to ensure everything was done perfectly! We are extremely pleased and highly recommend! Best of all, we are all about helping local businesses and fortunate to have such an outstanding company within our community! With all the madness with the pandemic, I completely forgot to leave a review until my neighbour mentioned our shutters and asked for a contact. Thank you Gotcha Covered and Team!

My husband and I recently purchased our house, and after a big remodeling project, we had the need to update the window treatments.
