Cliff is a proud native of both Florida and Montana and now serves as co-owner and design consultant of Gotcha Covered of St. Johns County alongside his wife, Heike. After retiring from the U.S. Air Force in 2014, Cliff dedicated himself to mastering the craft of window treatment design. With over 13 years of hands-on experience, he has developed a strong reputation for his expertise in motorized shades and innovative design solutions. Known for his meticulous attention to detail, Cliff personally ensures each installation is completed to the highest standard. As a veteran and business owner, he takes great pride in delivering exceptional customer service and helping clients achieve exactly the look and function they need for their homes.

Heike brings a unique blend of international experience and creative expertise to every project. Originally from Germany, she began her career working with the U.S. Army as a civilian contractor before moving to the United States more than 20 years ago. Over the years, she has cultivated a natural eye for design and color, making her an invaluable resource in creating beautiful, functional window treatments. Known for her warm personality and genuine care, Heike builds lasting connections with clients while ensuring every detail is handled with pride and precision. She is committed to delivering not only exceptional designs but also the highest level of customer service.
