Meet Our Team

Before opening their Gotcha Covered location, Carlos Cruz and Victoria Palomo both worked in the medical field; Carlos as a Surgeon, and Victoria as a Nutritionist. While they have just recently moved to the Bradenton area, they love the beautiful parks and the safe community. They enjoy the outdoors and love being a part of Manatee county. Carlos plays golf and also enjoys watching baseball. Victoria does yoga, physical training and meditation.

They chose to open their own Gotcha Covered for the opportunity to grow and to live their dream of owning their own business. Moving to the USA to open their business, it means so much to Carlos and Victoria to be their own boss, manage their own schedules, and to be in a safe environment that promotes growth. Carlos likes the administrative side of the business, while Victoria has a passion for interior design. They love that they get to be a part of this community and help their neighbors find the perfect window treatments for their homes.
