Meet Gotcha Covered Raleigh

Chase has been part of the family business for more than 10 years and enjoys working with the team every day. Known for fixing glitches and troubleshooting software problems, he brings a practical, perfectionist approach to his work. He enjoys helping clients find window coverings that match their unique design style and create an amazing transformation. Outside of work, Chase enjoys volleyball and is currently watching The Sopranos about 25 years late. His favorite part of the job? Working with his brothers.

Carson has been with Gotcha Covered for eight years, joining the family business to help his dad and figure out what he wanted to do. He enjoys meeting designers, builders, and other business owners throughout the Triangle, as well as solving technical issues and finding ways to improve the business. His approach is to look beyond the sale and find solutions that meet both the functional and aesthetic needs of each client's windows. Carson appreciates Spanish Revival design and custom drapery for the way it finishes off a space. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, going out to eat, and traveling, having visited more than 30 countries.

Shelley brings years of window treatment industry experience to her role as General Manager and enjoys building relationships with clients, vendors, referral partners, and the team. She is passionate about finding thoughtful solutions, improving processes, and creating an environment where people feel heard and supported. Integrity and honest communication guide her approach, and she believes customers shouldn't have to worry about their window coverings. Outside of work, Shelley enjoys spending time with her kids, hiking with her senior dog Isabelle, and incorporating her growing collection of indoor plants into her home's design.

Connor has been with Gotcha Covered for two and a half years and joined the family business as a way to settle into life in Raleigh. He oversees the process from the initial design consultation through installation and enjoys coordinating solutions when problems arise. Known for knowing exactly where things are in the warehouse, Connor takes pride in providing consistent service to every client, no matter how small the issue. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, trivia nights, and his Monday night book club.

Cole grew up around the family business and has spent the past several years working full-time as a Design Consultant. He enjoys meeting all kinds of people and bringing their visions to life through recommendations that balance design, functionality, and price. He approaches every project with a fresh perspective, knowing that each home and client's priorities are unique. Outside of work, Cole enjoys golfing, working out, and visiting his fiancée in Richmond while she attends law school.

Adam brings years of window treatment design experience to Gotcha Covered, having previously worked as a Design Consultant in Naples, Florida. He enjoys meeting people with different styles and needs and carefully recommending products that deliver the right functionality, a timeless look, and a comfortable price. His favorite window treatments are woven wood Roman shades for the texture and look they create. Outside of work, Adam enjoys golfing, spending time with his family, and home improvement. He is in the early stages of renovating a house built in 1862.

Katie joined Gotcha Covered because she wanted to help people elevate their spaces with functional, beautiful window treatments. With a strong eye for design, she takes a casual, comfortable approach, listening and learning about each client's needs before offering solutions. Her favorite window treatment is the Roman shade, especially for the softness and design possibilities that different fabrics provide. Outside of work, Katie is her daughters' biggest cheerleader, enjoys working out and coaching.

Joey joined Gotcha Covered for its family culture and structure, along with the opportunity to learn new things and challenge himself. He takes pride in approaching every client's home as if it were his own and loves seeing their reactions when they see the finished product. A retired United States Marine Corps veteran, Joey enjoys spending time with his family and being a dad to his eight-year-old daughter. He especially enjoys installing motorized window treatments because they always get the best reactions from clients.

Chando has been with Gotcha Covered for several years and brings strong product knowledge and technical skills across many types of window treatments, especially older styles that need service. He enjoys completing jobs and seeing clients excited about their new window coverings, particularly when he gets to show them how to operate a motorized product for the first time. He takes pride in working efficiently, carefully, and cleanly while delivering quality results. Outside of work, Chandopaul enjoys spending time with his wife, relaxing at home, traveling abroad, and recently taking up running.
