Judy Cisler is owner of the award-winning company Gotcha Covered. She has directed the company’s significant growth which focuses on attention to detail and ensuring outstanding customer service. As a result, Gotcha Covered is the only window treatment company in West Michigan which has earned over fifty 5-star reviews. As a certified Window Fashion Professional, Judy has been providing beautiful and functional window treatments to West Michigan homes and businesses for the past 14 years. With 30 years of business experience, a background in Industrial Engineering, and degrees from General Motors Institute (Kettering) and Western Michigan University, she will ensure your window coverings fit and operate perfectly. Judy is a member and volunteer of Trinity Lutheran Church. Judy employs a collaborative design process to ensure the customer’s visions and needs are met with stunning results. Her design specialties include custom bedding, draperies, and unusual shaped windows. From extraordinary draperies and valances to simple blinds and shades, Judy will find a solution for all your window treatment needs.

Laura Hanis has been a designer for Gotcha Covered since 2015. With a background in Interior Design, Laura worked for many years in retail design as well as managing her own interior design company. She brings a wide range of product knowledge and design experience to our company and genuinely enjoys meeting new people to help them with their spaces, whether it be for their home or place of business. Laura’s clients appreciate her honesty, sense of design and ability to listen carefully to their needs and desires to create a space that is uniquely their own.

Marcia Love has been a designer for Gotcha Covered since 2014. We love having Marcia contribute her sense of style and design to the team. With past sales experience at Revlon, Marcia has switched from creating beautiful looks for faces to helping people create beautiful, lasting, and exciting window fashions. Marcia advises customers to go with their first instinct when choosing window fashions, and she will patiently guide customers to window treatments that they love.

Barbara joined the Gotcha Covered team with 30 + years of customer service experience including running her own home decorating business. She loves working with fabrics, colors and textures and seeing how they work together. She believes window coverings need to be both functional and beautiful. Barb is a native of Grand Rapids, loves dogs and cats, and her volunteer work often includes children. Barb loves the outdoors spending time gardening, on the golf course or at the beach.

Alison Mulder joined the Gotcha Covered team in 2023. She came to us with a diverse background in Interior Designer. Graduating from Western Michigan University in 2013, Alison took her Design degree into the Commercial space, specializing in restaurant and hotel design. In 2020, Alison’s love for texture, color & pattern sparked a transition into Residential design working with furniture customization and customer service. She loves creating unique solutions that are perfect for the homeowner. Alison believes that your space should reflect your needs and personality. Window treatments should be a beautiful as they are functional and are truly the finishing touch to any space.

Tom Cisler, Installation Manager, has been married to Judy for over 34 years. Born and raised in Grand Rapids, Tom graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and went on to work for both General Motors and Steelcase. During the 90's, Tom and Judy formed a startup Computer Services business that flourished to become IBM’s highest ranked Business Partner in customer satisfaction. In his work for Gotcha Covered, Tom utilizes his engineering background to assure the installation of the company’s products meet the highest standards.

Mark Dykstra has been an installer for the Gotcha Covered team since 2014. Mark was raised in Grandville before attending Northern Michigan University to study Business. After working for 20 years as an accountant, Mark has spent the last 10 years involved in painting and the remodeling of homes. Mark has known Tom and Judy for the past 22 years, and he is now part of the Gotcha Covered team, using his home remodeling expertise to skillfully install custom window treatments.

Ethan joined Gotcha Covered in 2021 as a part time installer and Costco Roadshow Ambassador. Ethan enjoys meeting homeowners while installing and Costco members at the warehouses. Ethan is pursuing a degree from Davenport and enjoys golfing and working out in his free time.
