He was very nice to come to the office and show me all the color options and with setting up the installation. I forget who did our installation, but he was also quick and professional. I would definitely recommend your company.

    We cannot say enough good things about our experience with everyone at Gotcha Covered. The process of choosing, ordering and installation through Gotcha Covered was a wonderful, stress free experience. Jay was extremely responsive and Jay and Brian were prompt with returning emails, arriving for scheduled appointments and letting us know accurate and realistic dates for delivery and installation. We can't say enough about what a good experience we had with Gotcha Covered and everyone who works there. We particularly laud Jay as we started the process with him but he was always willing to bring in Brian's expertise, as well. Chris was prompt and helpful and did a wonderful job on installation. He is an expert. We are delighted with our shades. They are beautiful and function as promised. The prices are very reasonable. Everyone at Gotcha Covered is outstanding. Thank you!

    The entire staff was very helpful and answered all of my questions through out the process. I had never purchased professional window coverings and everyone was very patient and took the time to explain all of the options available. The shades were received much earlier than anticipated and were scheduled for install in less than a week. The install took less than an hour and the installers verified I was satisfied with the performance of the shades. There have been no issues with the shades and they add a beautiful decor element to our home. I just wish I hadn't waited so long to contact Gotcha Covered to start the process! Window coverings from Gotcha Covered will be the first thing we purchase for our next home!
