"Outstanding local business that CARES!"

Review long Overdue! We had our blinds installed back in July of 2021 and could not be more than pleased! Greg McGregor, our design consultant was extremely helpful, professional and most importantly patient. He is definitely passionate about his job! At no time during the consult did we feel rushed and every concern/question was answered. The process was very smooth and stress free. There was no fumbling around by the installers. You could tell the lead installer/supervisor was a master of his trait and he would double check all work that he did not personally touch to ensure everything was done perfectly! We are extremely pleased and highly recommend! Best of all, we are all about helping local businesses and fortunate to have such an outstanding company within our community! With all the madness with the pandemic, I completely forgot to leave a review until my neighbour mentioned our shutters and asked for a contact. Thank you Gotcha Covered and Team!

My husband and I recently purchased our house, and after a big remodeling project, we had the need to update the window treatments. I consulted with at least 3 other companies before meeting with Gotcha Covered, and I was deligthed with the service Laurie provided. She quickly identified the style I wanted to give to my house and easily aligned to my wants and needs for the window treatments. She went above and beyond providing suggestions and options to make sure I was happy with the end product. I couldn't have asked for more. "Thrilled with our new blinds!"

We just spent a small fortune remodeling our outside patio to screen it in, only to find that the sun was blaring through our screens on the west side in the late afternoon. That's where Gotcha Covered came in. Greg McGregor met with my wife and I and explained all our options for sun screens/blinds that would operate by remote control and block the sunlight heat and brilliance while still allowing a small amount of filtered light to come through (our desire, as we did not want to black out our patio). We now have four 3% screens on the inside of the patio, inset within the cedar framework of the four screened window openings. It is amazing!! I cannot believe how much heat is cut down, and the bright sunlight that blinded me before is now a soft, filtered light that just dapples on our patio and completely solves our problem. So happy we contacted Gotcha Covered in Frisco, and we can't thank you enough, Greg!

Gotcha Covered has a wide variety of window coverings and will go through all the options to help you find the best fit for your home. I love my shades and continue to refer Ara and Gotcha Covered to all my friends. Ara also continues to be helpful long after installation, with advice on cleaning services and facilitating repairs. I truly cannot sing his praises enough. Excellent products and even better customer service are almost impossible to find these days but somehow Ara and Gotcha Covered have managed to do both!
