Mark of Gotcha Covered is absolutely great to work with. He's friendly, easy to talk to, excellent at helping us find window covering solutions to meet our needs, tastes, and budget, and a perfectionist about his work. Can't recommend Mark highly enough!

It is my pleasure to post this review of Mark Miskelly, the Madison, Wisconsin representative of Gotcha Covered. From our first phone visit, I could immediately tell he was a good listener to my needs: type of window treatment, fire retardant material, and price range. He was well prepared for our first in home visit with multiple options. When it came time for window measurements, I could tell he is a bit of a perfectionist to assure a good result. For the bedroom I requested room-darkening channels. When the first solution arrived, Mark wasn’t satisfied with the channel configuration. He volunteered to and removed the first installation, then ordered a replacement solution without a price increase over the original quote. Well done and thank you Mark! I see the review system only allows 5 stars. If it allowed more, I’d award them. Bottom line: Mark is awesome!!
