Meet Our Team

Austin grew up in a small town in Blaine, Tennesee. His initial career was in the HVAC industry until joining the Air Force in 2012. He spent four years active duty and specialized in Air Transportation. During this time he frequently vacationed in Bigfork and he instantly knew there was something special about this place. Three years after retiring from the Military he decided it was time for a change and moved to Bigfork.

Upon arrival he spent some time bartending which allowed him to socialize and get to know the locals. He eventually met Cliff Oberg the former owner of Gotcha Covered who attempted to hire Austin on the spot during his bartending shift, Austin was not looking for a career change at this time, but Cliffs offer peaked his interest in the window covering business. When the bar he helped manage was sold, Austin reached out to Cliff to inquire about a career with Gotcha Covered. 

Austin has been with Gotcha Covered since April 2023 as an installer and sales representative. He is consistently spending time to further his knowledge on the available products to best fit his customers needs, and he strives to do the very best he can everytime.

Dulcie Berube is a local who grew up in Columbia Falls, MT.  After leaving to attend school and visit new places, she relocated back to the Flathead Valley in 2011 and eventually opened Berube Physical Therapy.  After a 20+ year career in healthcare, she jumped ship to focus on a new career in 2023 with the purchase of Gotcha Covered of Western Montana. 

Dulcie is excited to help serve the community in a new way, and help design and improve living spaces with an eye to both function and aesthetics.  She is excited by the opportunity to develop spaces that are both welcoming and creative in homes and businesses.

Dulcie lives in Columbia Falls with her husband, Justin, and 3 children, Lane, Maci and Kyler; she loves to adventure with family and friends on the lakes and mountains of Montana. 

Sandy spent 25 + years in the commercial construction industry in advertising, marketing and sales advising contractors on how to build their business.  Sandy was also in Real Estate and Property Management before relocating to Bigfork from San Diego.  She enjoyed staging homes for clients that were listing their properties with her team.

Sandy joined the Gotcha Covered team in June, 2021.  In addition to her administrative responsibilities, she enjoys helping her friends and clients select the perfect custom window coverings for their homes or workplaces.

Outside of work, Sandy enjoys traveling with her husband Rocco, golfing, photography ,cooking and working out at the MAC.

Rachel joined the Gotcha Covered Team in January 2021. Early in her career, she worked in the dental field but when she moved to Bigfork, she decided to pursue a new profession as a Design Consultant and Showroom Manager. 

Rachel has a deep passion for combining her expertise with customers' needs to create the perfect selection of custom window coverings. She loves to learn about all the new products in our growing industry and helping new people every day. 

Rachel and her husband Mike have 3 daughters Lisa, Ava and Amelia. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, singing karaoke, and creating new adventures in Montana.
