At Gotcha Covered of Green, we do more than sell window treatments – we build solutions around how you actually live. From the first consultation to the installation, our goal isn’t just to cover your windows. It’s to take care of you.

That means first listening to understand your design preferences, what is or isn’t working about your current window treatments, and the level of investment you’d like to make in window coverings. But we also pay attention to the smaller details like what privacy and comfort really look like for your home, how the light moves through your space, and how you use the room.The right window covering isn’t the one that looks good in a catalog. It’s the one that fits your life.

We carry every reputable brand in the industry to offer you a wide range of price, style and features and every single product contains a warranty that will protect your investment. All warranty claims are handled in-house, but even when that warranty expires, we don’t leave you high and dry. We do everything in our power to provide you with a solution that works for you. Our highest aim is to treat each and every client like family.

Creativity, helping others, and giving back to the community have always been high priorities for Jen. When her position in corporate management was eliminated in 2020, she knew it was time for a career change. That’s when she found Gotcha Covered and decided to go all in with starting her own location. She especially appreciated the company’s customer service first mentality and the ability to have freedom to develop a business model that honors christian values.

With the help of her husband and two daughters, Jen opened her first location in the Medina area in 2021. As she began to grow her reputation for providing white-glove friendly and honest experience, her business grew. In December of 2023 Jen opened her second Gotcha Covered location in the Green/Akron area and hired her first installer.

As the owner of Gotcha Covered of Medina and Gotcha Covered of Green, Jen’s greatest joy is to put smiles on her customer’s faces. Not every project goes on without a hitch, but our goal is to make each and every experience the best and if something is wrong, fix it. We want to make our customers feel as important as family.
