We’ve had a lot of services done in our home over the years, so we’ve seen a wide range of professionalism. But “Gotcha Covered” really blew our minds! Steve and Geo were amazing when they installed our new window treatment. They were super fast, clean, and two of the nicest techs we’ve ever had. We’re thrilled with the results! Sabrina, our regional sales rep, is also fantastic. She handled everything - made sure we picked the right window covering, answered all our questions, kept us updated on the ordering and shipping, and just had amazing communication. She even showed up to the install and explained how to properly handle our new window covering. We’re so happy we now have an awesome window covering for our slider to the backyard. It looks great! Thanks a bunch for an amazing experience from start to finish.
