He was well prepared for our first in home visit with multiple options. When it came time for window measurements, I could tell he is a bit of a perfectionist to assure a good result. For the bedroom I requested room-darkening channels. When the first solution arrived, Mark wasn’t satisfied with the channel configuration. He volunteered to and removed the first installation, then ordered a replacement solution without a price increase over the original quote. Well done and thank you Mark!
