She came to the house and measured windows and we looked at the samples again. I asked to see the Roman shades, she found a color and it was what I wanted (something different). She kept me informed as to when they would be delivered and when they could come install them, which both were very timely. The owner, Cliff, came out to help install and Austin were great.
