"Phenomenal Customer Service and High integrity business practices"

I was so impressed with the integrity of the owners of this company- Rita and Michael. My original Blind company that installed my automatic shades went bankrupt. I had so many issues with them over last 4.5 years. I found Gotcha Covered in Williamson County to have two of my eleven shades repaired that were from the previous blind company. Rita and Michael found the original manufacturer of my blinds- she was able to have all eleven shades replaced due to mechanical malfunctioning element in the shades. It cost almost nothing to me besides a nominal installation charge. She saved me thousands of dollars and I had all new shades that function the way they are suppose to. . Her company could’ve easily charged me for all new shades but she went the extra mile to track down the original manufacturer. Rita and Michael with Gotcha Covered will have my business in my next home as well. I highly recommend this company as good customer service and ethical business practices is so rare these days. This company definitely……has you covered in every step of the process. !
