Hello, I’m Matthew Benedict and I am the president of Gotcha Covered for the Avon, Ohio area. I started my high-end window treatments business in 2014 and I enjoy working with homeowners on not just making functional improvements to their space, like installing new, durable interior shutters, but enhancing their homes with just the right textures, colors and patterns to fit their lifestyle. Businesses are great to work with too, I can handle one location or all of them! I bring years of experience in a variety of home improvement roles to my very own business. Throughout my career, I have learned to excel at developing win-win partnerships with a wide range of individuals and businesses throughout the Avon area. In a very short time, I can read your needs and make suggestions I am confident will work for you and your situation. Read on and you’ll understand why I chose Gotcha Covered too.

Joined Team Gotcha 2019

Hailing from Olmsted Falls and a Graduate of Olmsted Falls High School, Jen has quickly become an integral cog in our well-oiled machine! Prior to joining Team Gotcha, Jen spent eight years in customer service & management.

Keeping the team on their toes has become Jen’s trademark regardless of whether she is discussing a client’s need, scheduling consultations, or tracking orders.

Two very active and athletic kids keep Jen hopping outside of work. After this crazy summer of 2020, she really looks forward to seeing her kids be kids again and watching them enjoy playing their hearts out!

A well-traveled teammate, Ami was born in Ft. Lauderdale, but grew up in Western Michigan before landing in North Royalton.

Being a Design Consultant has been a great fit for Ami. She uses her passion for design, travel and good wine to help find just the right treatments to complement any space! You never know what Ami will be working on next! At any given time, she can be found helping to pick out furniture, paint colors, countertops and/or flooring for both new constructions and remodels. Ami’s design skills even have her traveling around the eastern U.S. helping clients with both their permanent and vacation homes!

What Ami most enjoys when not working are long summer days with her toes in the sand and spending time with family & friends.

Meeting new people every day keeps Ami uplifted and motivated because we never know what each day will bring, but we know it will be great!

Joined Team Gotcha 2021

Katy joins Gotcha Covered with over 32 years of experience! She has extensive knowledge and first-hand experience with window treatments of all sizes and styles.

Most recently, Katy worked on behalf of the JC Penny organization, focusing on their window treatment department. We are thrilled to have her onboard to bring her sense of style and flair to the team!

Katy is a lifelong Amherst resident. In her free time, she enjoys cultivating her green thumb in her garden, spending time at the pool, or enjoying a good campfire with friends and family.

Joined Team Gotcha 2019

Years of experience in relationship selling has helped Dustin fit right in with Matt and his team. He enjoys the variety of people he gets to meet and work with on a daily basis. The Design Consultant role allows him to use many of the cross-over principles from his experience in both graphic design and web design.

When not working, Dustin enjoys kayaking, hiking, and gardening. His two daughters keep him busy with musical performances and going to the beach.

A 1990 graduate of North Royalton High School, Todd went on to graduate from Kent State University. After gaining some quality life experience, Todd landed back in the Greater Cleveland Area.

Many of our Google Reviews specifically comment on Todd and his meticulous nature for every installation. Having a Lead Installer like Todd has been a huge advantage for our customers because he treats every installation as if it were in his own home.

When Todd isn’t working, he loves spending quality time with his family, improving his very competitive golf game, and cultivating his ever-growing love of fine wine.
