Eric has been a proud Gotcha Covered owner for more than five years, successfully operating the Gotcha Covered St. Pete/Clearwater franchise. When the opportunity arose to expand into the Bonita Springs and North Naples area with a beautiful new showroom, Eric embraced the opportunity to bring his passion for exceptional customer service and beautiful window treatments to a new community.

With a professional background in media relations, public relations, and marketing, Eric brings a unique combination of creativity, business expertise, and a genuine love for connecting with people. He believes the design experience should be both enjoyable and educational, helping clients discover how the right window treatments can be the finishing touch—the jewelry that completes the outfit of their home.

Originally from central Illinois, Eric graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in broadcasting and later lived in Denver before making Florida home. His approachable personality, attention to detail, and commitment to creating memorable customer experiences are at the heart of everything he does at Gotcha Covered.

With decades of design experience, Lisa sees far more than a window needing a shade. She sees an opportunity to bring beauty, purpose, and functionality together. Her thoughtful, honest approach makes the design process effortless and enjoyable, from the first showroom visit to the final installation. Lisa believes every window deserves consideration, but not every window needs a treatment. She takes the time to understand each client's vision, lifestyle, and budget, creating personalized solutions that enhance the home without unnecessary expense. With an eye for detail and a passion for beautiful spaces, Lisa is dedicated to making sure the finished result is everything her clients imagined—and more.

Krystal is the organizational heartbeat of Gotcha Covered, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and every client receives exceptional care. With outstanding attention to detail, a welcoming personality, and a talent for keeping everything on track, she plays an essential role in coordinating schedules, managing office operations, and keeping communication flowing between clients, designers, vendors, and installers. Whether assisting with project details, providing updates, or welcoming guests into the showroom, Krystal brings professionalism, warmth, and a genuine willingness to help. Meet Paddy, the adorable furry face and K-9 security for Gotcha Covered-Bonita Springs/N. Naples. My human, Jane Dancey and I are originally from Michigan where she retired from city government and where my career consisted of extensive play time in the snow, autumn leaves and “Bark in the Park” baseball games. Go Detroit Tigers!

After much begging, we relocated to Florida so my career included long walks on the beach and endless happy hours. Surrounded by beautiful, custom window treatments by day and delicious alfresco dining by night … it really is a dog’s life!
