Gotcha Covered of Frisco/McKinney is seeking a driven and creative Window Treatment Design Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll use your style sense and customer service skills to guide clients in selecting custom blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery that fit their home and lifestyle.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Visiting clients’ homes for one-on-one design consultations
• Meet with some clients in our local showroom for scheduled design appointments
• Educating clients on products and helping them find the perfect fit
• Measuring, quoting, and coordinating with our installation team
• Providing a friendly, professional experience every step of the way

What We're Looking For:

• Enthusiastic about design, home décor, or customer service
• Confident, friendly, and self-motivated
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable driving locally and managing your own schedule
