  • Rick & Heather
    Rick & Heather McGregor Owners

Rick and Heather have called North Texas home since 2006. In 2014, they launched Gotcha Covered of Frisco to chase the dream of running their own local business. What started as a small operation has now grown to three locations, including a beautiful showroom opened in 2024 in McKinney.

They’ve built their business around strong core values—striving to be successful, transparent, and reputable, while always staying innovative, visionary, and proudly extraordinary. Great service and doing things right are at the heart of everything they do.

When they’re not helping customers find the perfect window treatments, you’ll find them out walking, hiking, relaxing by their backyard pool with their two dogs, Oliver and Tito, or spending time with their four kids and granddaughter.
