"Good company, Good salesfolk, good prices"

I recently replaced some very large windows on one side of our home, and even with tinting, at certain times of the day the sun was right in my eyes as I was enjoying dinner. Refusing to work my dining habits around the weather, I opted to call the folks who worked with Costco---a most dependable company. I didn't go about it in the right order at first, but eventually figured out the proper contact procedure, and they came over quickly, were knowledgeable, listened to me but also pointed out certain things that I'd not considered--so I realized they were helping me to make better choices even at the cost of them selling me a less expensive product in some cases. They were great--came on time, were very knowledgeable, everything worked out as promised--and after the install, I am even happier than I imagined I'd be. Things had changed a lot since the old blinds had been installed---in the early '70's! :)

We were connected with the Richmond-based Gotcha Covered via Costco. The selection of window treatments were great and I was able to select a couple products that suited our needs and fit our budget. Tonya helped us schedule our measurements and installation and Scott was the representative that showed us the samples and installed them after they were manufactured. We love the quality of the shades we selected and are extremely happy with the rebate that Costco offered.
