Gotcha Covered of Winter Garden is the best company around here. I called and she came out in a few days with all the samples and different products. Other blind companies I called couldn’t ever come out for 3 weeks! She was fast, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I loved the samples and my order was placed and when it arrived the installers was great! He did a fabulous job! I would recommend them to everyone. You will never be sorry with this company.

Excellent experience from the set of up the initial appointment to the install. Svet was amazing, her patience and recommendations were spot on. Never did I feel pressured, the decisions were truly mine, with her offering suggestions and guiding me through the process. It can be overwhelming looking at numerous samples and trying to visualize what the finished product will look like when hung. She shared pictures, and alternate color options which was very helpful. Very happy with my total experience and I have already received several complements on my window treatments. The installers were very professional and took extra care to ensure the install met my expectations as well as cleaning up afterwards. Thank You Svet and Team for an outstanding experience.
