After years navigating the complex dynamics of global health, Jen realized she was ready to swap the daily cycle of virtual meetings for the chance to be independent and creative, helping people find beauty and function with new window treatments. With a love for design and a curiosity for learning new things, she launched Gotcha Covered Fishers Geist in 2025.
For Jen, window treatments are far more than just fabric and hardware—they are the finishing touch that transforms a house into a comfortable, functional home. What she loves most is the immediate and powerful impact they have: solving practical problems like optimizing light for a productive home office, boosting energy efficiency, or ensuring privacy for a serene nursery. It’s immensely satisfying for Jen to find that perfect solution, resulting in a space that truly reflects the client and enriches their daily life.
Jen lives in Fishers with her husband and two sons. She grew up in Ft. Wayne, IN and graduated from Indiana University. She is a member of the Builders Association of Indianapolis, the One Zone Chamber of Commerce, the BNI Sunny Money Chapter, and the Kappa Kappa Gamma Alumni Association. She serves on the Board of her neighborhood HOA and supports the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra. In her free time, she enjoys growing native plants, walking the dog, and attending her kids' music performances and sporting events.
