Ed Young brings over 30 years of manufacturing experience, including 15 years in executive leadership roles across multiple aerospace manufacturers. Known for exceptional quality, disciplined processes, and on time delivery, he applies the same standards to every project he takes on for his clients.

Born in Bristol, Pennsylvania, Ed attended Drexel University, where he earned a degree in Materials Engineering, followed by an Executive MBA. He is married to his wife, Stephanie, and together they have two daughters, Avery and Evann.

Outside of work, Ed enjoys time with his family and getting out on the golf course whenever he can. Golf reminds him that preparation, patience, and recovery matter just as much as precision. He takes pride in serving the South Orange County community with the same care and follow through he brings to every project.

After living in various locations across the country, Stephanie understands firsthand that loving where you live starts with thoughtful design and functionality in your home. She believes every home improvement project is an opportunity to transform a house into a personal haven.

A proud Orange County local, Stephanie draws inspiration from the beauty and warmth of the coast. When she isn’t helping clients, she’s likely jogging, enjoying a beach walk with her dog, or competing in local trivia nights and scavenger hunts. Above all, her two daughters remain the center of her life, keeping her busy, laughing, and inspired every day.
