Hi, I'm Jaime Heck, owner of Gotcha Covered of Alpharetta. As a Georgia native, I'm proud to serve the community I've always called home by helping homeowners create beautiful, functional spaces with custom window treatments and a customer experience built on trust, guidance, and genuine care.
Before starting my business, I spent 20 years of my career in marketing, where creativity, problem-solving, and understanding people were at the heart of everything I did. I've always loved home décor, art, and design, and eventually I realized I wanted to turn that lifelong passion into something more meaningful. Gotcha Covered gave me the opportunity to combine my creative eye with my desire to serve others in a way that makes a lasting difference.
As a single mom, my greatest inspiration is my son. I want him to grow up knowing that it's okay to step outside of your comfort zone, take risks, and build a life doing what you truly love. Starting this business is my way of leading by example.
I believe a home is so much more than four walls—it's where life happens. It's where families gather, memories are made, and people find comfort at the end of the day. My goal is to make choosing custom window coverings an enjoyable, stress-free experience while helping you create a home that feels beautiful, comfortable, and uniquely yours.
When I'm not helping clients find the perfect window coverings, you'll usually find me spending time with my son and our two Labs or enjoying a hot yoga class.
