Bernard was so fun to work with. The information he gave was timely- not too much at one time, but it just seemed to flow as he moved along on the search for what I wanted. I didnt know exactly what I wanted and he guided me through options. I love the shades - the color, the style, and the automation. I didnt know how much I would love the shades opening automatically at sunrise and closing automatically at sunset! Bernard is sincere and caring. His joy of working with people and wanting them to be happy with their purchase made my experience exceptional.
