Hello! I am Susan Terry, Owner and Designer of Gotcha Covered of Highlands Ranch!

I have been a proud resident of the Highlands Ranch community since 1995 and have loved living, working, and raising a family here. I started my Gotcha Covered business in 1998 and have watched it grow right along with this thriving community.

I love contributing to the homes and businesses in this area. Window treatments are the unsung hero of any space. They can truly transform any room and make a huge difference in style, comfort, and overall atmosphere. Many of my customers have told me time and time again that they never imagined what a difference the right window treatment could make. Not only do they add to the decor of the room, but they are also critical in adding privacy and insulation. There is a deep sense of accomplishment when I can look back at a finished project and see how it has improved the lives and environments of my customers, making their house feel more like a home.

I am incredibly lucky to get to work with two of the very best installers in the Denver area. We have partnered together since 2002 and they are both fully insured and bonded.

On the weekends, my family and I take advantage of all that Colorado has to offer! We love the outdoors and enjoy fishing, hiking, and camping in our RV with our two dogs. My husband, Chuck, and I have two sons, Troy and Trent. One of our sons currently plays for the NHL Anaheim Ducks so we also enjoy watching him play!

Hello! My name is Tamara Harney. I am a Denver native who is passionate about travel, photography, horses, and my husband, KC. I have lived in Lone Tree since the 1980s when it was literally, a lone tree. Happy with the way the area has developed, I am still here, although in my 3rd home.

I have always loved great design, appreciating the details that bring a space together. Window treatments are one of the most important details. Whether simple or elaborate, they can make a house a home and an office space warm and inviting rather than cold and impersonal.

I have had the pleasure of working with the owner of our Gotcha Covered franchise, Susan Terry for many years. We share a common desire to help our clients find the perfect solution for their needs while providing excellent customer service.
