Luke and Melissa Volk are proud owners of Gotcha Covered North Twin Cities, bringing a deep commitment to craftsmanship, service, and attention to detail- values shaped by generations of small business ownership and hands-on experience in the trades.

Luke and Melissa are excited to serve their community and provide that same upbringing to their young family! They take pride in doing things the right way and managing projects from the first design consultation to expert installation, taking full ownership of the outcome and creating a beautiful and functional space for your family or business!

Luke is the driving force behind the precision and craftsmanship our clients experience on every project. With a builder’s mindset and an uncompromising attention to detail, he approaches each project with the belief that the smallest details make the biggest difference.

Prior to Gotcha Covered, Luke was a Resident Director at an assisted living community managing day to day operations for 12 years where customer relationships were key. Before that he owned and operated an Irrigation business for another 12 years before selling that in 2012. Luke graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in Entrepreneurship. Luke has many hobbies including playing and coaching his kids hockey teams, drag racing, building and fixing a wide variety of things, and custom cars, trucks, and trailers.

Melissa focuses on creating a seamless and personalized experience for each client. She is known for her strong customer relationships, clear communication, and dedication to getting every detail right for her clients. Melissa loves the design aspect and how window treatments instantly complete the room and bring the whole space together. She takes pride in helping clients create spaces that are both beautiful and functional, ensuring the final result looks exceptional but also works within their everyday life.

Melissa has been highly involved in the community being a Head High School hockey coach for the last 13 years, running her own small hockey training business that employs many alumni that play at the collegiate or professional level, and coaching her 3 young children. She has a degree from St. Olaf College in Business Management and Exercise Science and also a MS. In her spare time away from windows and the rink she enjoys reading, running, taking long road trips, and just talking with her children!
