    I recently remodeled my home and wanted to update the windows from Blinds to Roman's Shades and Plantation Shutters. I wanted a company that could do shutters to match the updated wood work in our home. Gotcha Covered really delivered!     Gotcha Covered was a wonderful company to use for my new polycore shutters. I found them at the Home and Garden Show in Fort Worth at just the time I was ready to do something new! Janice was so easy to work with and a pleasure to know. She even helped me put things back in place when the job was completed ahead a schedule. This may not happen for everyone, but it happened for me. All my friends who have seen the shutters have thought they look great and so do I. It gives the room a few more inches and look clean and fresh.

    A pair of shutters left a gap between them when closed and one protruded further out at the bottom of the shutter, looking warped. You brought Mike out to work with us to find a solution to the first problem; the warp was probably to be expected from such large shutters. Mike provided multiple solutions and we liked adding a vertical board to one shutter overlapping the other and centered on the gap between them to cover the gap. While looking at the problem, Mike discovered the warped shutter was caused by the bottom hinge that was not properly aligned with the hinges above it. Then Mike went beyond finding a solution and leaving it for the installers to return and fix it, he fixed both problems the same day. He bought the board, stained it with two coats of the proper stain, and then finished it with a protective satin finish. It looks great. He buried a hidden magnet to the board to hold it tight against the other shutter and reinstalled the hinge properly. Mike has a great understanding of the mechanics of shutters, finding solutions and fixing things quickly and correctly. The results are beautiful and functional. Thanks for standing behind what you sell. A lot of vendors today do not.

    We added shutters and roman shades to our new home. The quality of the brands provided seems really great so far. The pricing offered is fair compared to similar companies. There was an issue with one of the roman shades not working, but a replacement was ordered the same day the issue was found. Janice kept in touch via email with updates, while waiting for the window treatments to get built (it takes about 2 months to get shutters made) The house looks beautiful we are extremely pleased with the results
