Meet Our Team

Shawn has done it all. From Director of Facilities of a Casino, for which he was Senior Project Manager for Mechanical and Electrical of its entire construction, to carpentry and project management and leadership, Shawn has a diverse background of expertise. He loves to cook and golf, but most of all he loves his wife, Karolina, and their son.

Karolina has over twenty years of customer service and sales experience. Along with her husband, Karolina loves to travel and meet new people. Out of all of the places they could have chosen to call home, they chose Charlotte County and the Babcock Ranch community.

Shawn and Karolina love that Charlotte County is supportive, family oriented with great schools and great people who are happy, helpful, and kind. Originally from Canada, the Coston’s love what Florida has to offer from the Gulf Coast to sports and recreation to the variety of amusement parks, which they love to take their son to! Shawn and Karolina could not be more excited to get out into their community and bring their teamwork, years of customer service, and commitment to success to the people of Punta Gorda, Babcock Ranch and surrounding Charlotte County areas.
