What a great experience we had in the meeting, selected and purchase of our shades. It was also a joy working with Ken Mills. Ken did an amazing job helping me pick out just the right fabric and style for my living and dining rooms! He was confident we would find just the right option for us and he didn’t rest until we did. He continued to visit fabric shops looking for more options, would send me updated emails with photos and made more than one trip to my home with samples. He made the whole process so much less stressful than I thought it was going to be. His installer Kyle was super pleasant and helpful and did an amazing job as well. I can’t say enough great things and I am soo happy I chose Gotcha Covered and Ken to help me complete my decorating projects! Give him a call, you won’t regret it.

My wife and I had been looking to get our sunroom finished with shades or curtains. She wanted curtains, I wanted shades. We visited a neighbor to ask him questions about his shades. He gave us the number to Ken at Gotcha Covered. During our consultation with him, he showed us what could be done with our room and asked us probing questions to see what worked for us. He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need, nor did he hide any costs. I also asked him about curtains for my man cave, which I also ordered. After moving forward, he continued to inform us of any changes concerning the delivery and install dates. He made the install on my time schedule, not his. I forgot to mention I had previously checked with other companies in my area and found them to be three times the cost of Gotcha Covered. Ken's Custumer Service no one can match. My wife enjoys her Sunroom, which has completely changed from just a patio area to a screened in area to now a beautiful room.
