He was always quick to respond throughout the entire process. Our homes turned out beautifully thanks to Ken. He even showed up the day before Christmas Eve to install! What can I say about Mr. Ken and Gotcha Covered...ten out of ten!!! My husband and I purchased our home and contacted Mr. Ken about blinds for 17 windows. From the moment we spoke, I already knew he was the person we would work with. You can literally feel his warmth and see his smile through the phone. When we met in person it was as if we've known him for years. He was personable, we had a lot in common and he didn't speak to us as just customers, but as individuals who he genuinely wanted to make happy. He has a passion that individuals we met about window treatment didn't. We enjoyed working with Mr. Ken so much that we used him again for our drapes. The different ideas and recommendations that he came up with while valuing our opinions were absolutely brilliant. Our new home feels like a home and looks absolutely amazing. I almost wished there was more stuff I needed done just so I can work with him again. Seriously, this was an awesome experience and I would do it again!
