WOW! From beginning to end, Mr. Ken Mills, Gotcha Covered, provided the best experience for what can be described as a stressful process. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the products he installs. We chose to install plantation shutters and Roman shades in our new home. I knew what I wanted. He was very respectful and listened carefully to what I was looking for in our home. He did not try to "sell" me something. He was trying to help meet my needs. That is impressive! The GREAT customer service and EXCEPTIONAL quality of the products (not to mention the competitive pricing) are reasons to go with the BEST.....Gotcha Covered!
