My name is Sergio Trenche. I am a family person and have a beautiful wife and 2 great kids. I was introduced to this business 18 years ago making blinds and vertical blinds for home builders on a large scale for a small business. After that I was introduced to installing and from there, I oversaw of 12 stores on my own handling measuring and installing and helping clients choose a great window treatment. My point is to always handle every job like it's my own home and respecting customers is our great expectation. We have always been respectful and show clients how their new window covering works and explain everything to them. Our new expectations will be bringing the best customer service that we always provide to our clients.
