Gotcha Covered South Shore Reviews

"Awesome customer service"

We purchased multiple blinds for our home 4 years ago. Sergio installed and they all look fantastic. We have a triple window slider that has vertical blinds. We recently replaced the triple slider with impact windows which are wider than the old windows. Our vertical blinds would no longer open all the way as they were hitting against the wider window. Sergio came out moved everything out just enough so our blinds now open. For a small service fee our beautiful vertical blinds work again. I would recommend Sergio at Gotcha Covered for any of your blinds needs!

"Timely and Professional"

The team at Gotcha Covered installed solar roller shades for my Florida room. They look terrific. When developing the estimate, Sergio took the time to help find the perfect colors and style for the room. He worked to have them installed ahead of schedule. The roller shades look great! Everyone at Gotcha Covered was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them!

After our first blind install for the kitchen, we were so happy with the price, quality and installation service “with Sergio and his team” we ordered pull up blinds for our lanai. Once again very pleased and they look awesome.

"Excellent"

Truly exceptional service. We called 3 companies. Sergio was the only one who showed on time for the sales quote. One never showed at all. Sergio did a more thorough measurement than the other company. He offered more choices and explained all our options. And his price was lower than the other company. We were going with him as long as he was in a reasonable range! When the products came in, plantation shutters and faux wood blinds, Sergio arrived promptly and installed all perfectly. We would recommend him to anyone.

"Professionalism Supreme"

We received several quotes for our blinds, but we used Sergio because he knows his products and he installs them himself. So, if there are any problems he will resolve them and you do not have to deal with a salesperson. He understood what we wanted and he delivered exactly what we needed. If you want a job done right, he is the person to deal with. I would defintely recommend Gotcha Covered for anyone who wants a hassle free job which is done right.
