    Truly exceptional service. We called 3 companies. Sergio was the only one who showed on time for the sales quote. One never showed at all. Sergio did a more thorough measurement than the other company. He offered more choices and explained all our options. And his price was lower than the other company. We were going with him as long as he was in a reasonable range! When the products came in, plantation shutters and faux wood blinds, Sergio arrived promptly and installed all perfectly. We would recommend him to anyone.

    We received several quotes for our blinds, but we used Sergio because he knows his products and he installs them himself. So, if there are any problems he will resolve them and you do not have to deal with a salesperson. He understood what we wanted and he delivered exactly what we needed.     Sergio and his wife helped me get new battery wands for my Hunter Douglas power role up blinds for my lanai. Once I installed the new wands one of the blinds still was not working. Sergio came out the next day and reprogramed the blind and everything is now working fine. Gotcha Covered not only installed my lanai blinds, they installed plantation shutters through the whole house. I highly recommend Sergio and Gotcha Covered.

    I purchased my Hunter Douglas motorized Luminette's over 5 years ago from Cliff who I believe was the original owner of Gotcha Covered. When the motor had issues and stopped working, I reached out and found out that the franchise changed hands twice since Cliff left. The new owners, Sergio & his wife, stepped in and were more than willing to try to resolve my issue. Sergio spent a great deal of time troubleshooting the issue and working as the go between with Hunter Douglas & myself to fix the issue. Today, we finally resolved the problem, and I couldn't be happier. Sergio is extremely customer orientated, honest and helpful.

    We just had plantation shutters installed by GotchaCovered in Apollo Beach. 7 windows with 4 of them being specialty as there are glass arcs above the windows. Sergio and Christian came and efficiently and professionally installed them in one day and they are so beautiful! Sergio and his wife Karilie gave fantastic customer service all throughout our process. Everything went smoothly and we are so happy with the results. We highly recommend them !

    We purchased Plantation Shutters for 7 of our windows, and 4 were specialty items as they had the glass arches above the window. Sergio Trente and his helper Christian came and installed all of these with precision in less than 4 hours! It was clear that they were experts at this. Sergio and his wife Karilie were very helpful throughout the whole process and made it a pleasure. Our windows look gorgeous and we thank them from the bottom of our hearts.     Sergio Installed our Plantation Shutters and Automatic Shades for our glass doors. Sergio and his wife spent quality time us to make sure that we ordered what we really wanted and that it fit our budget. During the installation, Segio was a perfectionist when it came to the settings and different gaps. They all had to be perfect. His motto is, "It has to be perfect". One of the glass door shades had a small discrepancy on it that my wife and I told Sergio that we were ok with but Sergio was not happy about it and he ordered a new one for us. Throughout the proccess anytime that we needed to speak to them they were available. That's what I call excellent customer service.
