Gotcha Covered Metroplex’s design consultant and owner, Janice Smith, was contacted by, Carrie, who, because of her busy job schedule as a Safety Manager at Amazon, had been enduring “naked” windows for several months. Janice was able to work within Carrie’s schedule and met with Carrie at her Las Colinas condo early one morning. When Janice arrived, she experienced Carrie’s “naked” windows firsthand and proceeded to help Carrie find the perfect window treatments for her home.
Janice’s first step as she guided Carrie through the window treatment selection was to determine Carrie’s functionality needs. Carrie’s condo had many large windows, and after answering Janice’s questions about her design style, light control, and privacy needs, they both knew a solution to block the glaring Texas sun from enveloping her home was the top priority.
