"A Very Positive Experience" We met Tamara at the Edmonton Home Show in the spring and signed up to have her come in and provide us with a quote for all new blinds within our home. We went with the Zebra and Room Darkening HoneyComb Blinds. From the start Tamara was great to deal with (she knows her products well) and took the time to work through the process with us to ensure we were confident in our order. She did not make wild promises about delivery times and was great a communication through out the process. Pricing was competitive compared to the other 3 companies we had come in and quote us. When our blinds arrived she worked with us to ensure we were able to get them installed as soon as possible and when a couple of after installation issues were discovered she immediately dealt with them. Even having to have one blind entirely remade by the manufacturer and then reinstalled. The entire process was actually enjoyable and I would not hesitate to recommend Tamara as your "go-to" for any blind/window coverings you may need. - Tracey R
