As the face behind Gotcha Covered of East Charlotte, I bring a wealth of experience from the freight forwarding industry to my newfound venture. After dedicating my career to this field, I decided to embark on a fresh challenge as my children grew independent.

My joy in my work comes from showcasing swatches and samples to customers, guiding them to discover the perfect window treatment. Witnessing the satisfaction of my clients at the project's completion adds a layer of fulfillment to my happiness.

Having moved to Charlotte in August 2022 and initiating my business journey in November, I have a profound love for the area—the weather, the people, and the breathtaking natural surroundings.

Outside of my business endeavors, I find solace in traveling, exploring new countries, and indulging in the serenity of nature through mountain hikes. Gotcha Covered, for me, is more than a business; it's an opportunity to connect with and assist new people. Through this venture, I can continue to learn valuable skills such as organization, design, creation, effective communication, financial planning, and perseverance, which collectively contribute to my personal growth and resilience.
