    Hello! I am Theresa Douge, owner of Gotcha Covered of Parkland and Boca Del Mar!

    My son and I moved to Parkland in 2010 and immediately felt like this was home. We love the small and friendly feel of our community. Being a relatively new city makes it easy to make friends and build relationships. This small city continues to develop and thrive and I am thrilled to be a part of this growth.

    I have always dreamed of owning my own business. I have an extensive background as an Accounting Systems Administrator. After years of problem solving for someone else, I decided it was time to start working for myself.

    Gotcha Covered is a leader in the custom window treatment industry and combines the buying power and expertise of a large company with the personalized customer interaction of a small company. I have always loved interior design and beautifying my own home, so this was a natural fit. Window treatments add a touch of luxury, a layer of finesse, and an element of detail that brings everything else together in a room. As I like to say, window treatments are the “little black dress” to the world of interior design!

    When not busy working, I love taking long walks with my son and our dog. On Sundays, we like to go to our farmer’s market or support other local small businesses. Movies in the park are also a favorite activity. Lately, I have been spending a lot of time at the ice den where my son plays hockey!
